RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the components. All returned items must be in its original condition, with all original packaging. We are not responsible for return shipping.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, email us at info@poppc.co.uk to initiate a return, and place the item securely in its original packaging.

WARRANTY

Every PC from PopPCs includes a 1-year warranty covering assembly. All components come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Our warranty covers assembly costs, as well as tech support. The customer will be responsible for shipping the system or part(s) to and from PopPCs if a defect is present. Our warranty does not cover damage or defects that include but are not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, overclocking, undervolting, software, misuse, electrical issues, accident, or failure to maintain the computer.

TRANSACTION

The finished computer may take a couple of weeks to arrive. We order parts after receiving payment, then build and potentially troubleshoot components. With the COVID-19 situation, shipments may be delayed. We will try to mitigate the problem by shipping as soon as the build is complete and fully functional.

We request payment before ordering the components and shipping the computer. We will also be snapping additional photos and videos for proof of progress/shipment that you can ask for via email.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

PopPCs collects customer information that is voluntarily provided to us to carry out orders successfully. We collect necessary information such as payment method, address, contact information, first name, and last name. This information is confidential and strictly used to fulfill and manage orders, send marketing and promotional information, deliver targeted advertising, request feedback, enforce terms and conditions, and/or respond to legal requests and prevent harm. We do not, and never will provide customer data to third-party entities, unless specifically consented, or if required to complete orders such as for shipping.

We also reserve the right to capture all necessary video and photo content of the assembly process and finished computer. DISCLAIMER

By accessing our website (https://poppcs.com) and all of its webpages, and/or purchasing a computer from us, the customer agrees to each and every one of our terms and conditions.

Pop PC’s warranty does not cover overclocking, and/or changes in BIOS. Additionally, the warranty is void if the customer transfers ownership of the computer, or if the customer fails to abide by specific instructions from technical support. PopPCs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages. Moreover, our warranty does not cover software such as the Operating System and/or any applications or programs downloaded.

If the computer is lost during transportation, an insurance claim will be filed via the shipping carrier. PopPCs is not liable for any damages or lost packages incurred while shipping.

PopPC’s obligation under this warranty, at its sole discretion to repair, replace, or refund a computer or component that possesses a defect expires upon the expiration of the Warranty Period
